What is the Post
Commissioning Tool?
The Post Commissioning Tool helps save you time
by providing DIRECWAY technical support with the information it
needs to quickly resolve your technical support requests. The Post
Commissioning Tool takes a snapshot of your DIRECWAY and computer
configurations. When complete, we ask that you click "Send". Doing
so allows DIRECWAY support personnel to easily review your configuration
and proceed towards resolution. The Post Commissioning Tool eliminates
the need to manually retrieve configuration information while you
are on the phone with a support agent. By submitting the results
of the Post Commissioning Tool, you're helping DIRECWAY serve you
better and reducing the time it takes to resolve your technical
support requests.
The information collected will only be used for

Post Commissioning
Tool Instructions
Run
the Post Commissioning Tool by clicking here.
Run the tool by selecting Open from the
File Download Window.
Select Unzip.
The Post Commissioning Tool will launch. Select Start. The Post Commissioning
Tool will launch. Select Start.
After the tool completes the analysis, it will prompt you to send
DIRECWAY the results. Please do so by selecting Send.
