DIRECWAY®
Release 4.2.1.10_P15
DIRECWAY 4.2.1.10_P15 is the latest software
release for DIRECWAY DW3000 and DW4000 systems. If you currently
have DIRECWAY 4.2.1 or earlier software installed on your computer,
please upgrade now to ensure you receive the best performance from
your DIRECWAY system. Our latest software release includes a number
of enhancements that improve overall performance. As always, our
newest software includes all updates from previous releases.
The following customers
should NOT attempt to download software from this site - please
contact your service provider:
- Powered By partner customers, which include
Earthlink, and Members of local Rural Electric/Telephone Cooperative
or Independent Telephone Company.
- DIRECWAY Systems purchased through Value
Added Resellers (VARs)—such as customers of World Communication
Center, Optistreams, Skycasters, Verdisys, and C-Com.
Upgrade Instructions:
- Save a copy of these instructions to your hard drive or print
out a copy for later reference.
- Download DIRECWAY Version 4.2.1.10_P15
and save it to a folder on your hard drive (e.g. c:\DIRECWAY).
- Navigate to the downloaded file and double-click on the file
to launch it.
- Leave the "Unzip to Folder" field as default (i.e.,
c:\DAK421_P15) and leave the check box checked.
- Click on "Unzip" to extract the files.
- Once the files have unzipped, a box will appear stating that
31 files have been unzipped successfully.
- Click on OK, and then exit out of the Self-Extracting
program by clicking on Close.
- Navigate to the default folder (i.e. c:\DAK421_P15) and double-click
on setup.exe.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation
of DIRECWAY 4.2.1.10_P15

Windows 98SE.
If a "Version Conflict" Screen appears, click on "YES" to keep
the existing files
