Why do I get an "Authentication Failure" when I try to connect to the Internet?

If you are using DIRECWAY with a modem return channel, you will need to connect to your ISP to establish your Turbo Internet connection. When you establish a Turbo Internet connection, your user name and password are authenticated at the ISP's server. If your user name or password is incorrect, an authentication failure will occur. Verify on the Protocol tab of the Turbo Internet Property page that your PPP user name and password are correct.
