The receiver locked to the wrong network
This condition occurs when the receiver is locked to a signal but the signal ID does not match the ID that was assigned to the user during registration. This is likely due to:
The user changing the pointing configuration parameters to the wrong satellite location
The user changing the tuning frequency to one that does not match the one assigned during registration.
This condition will normally be corrected by running the WebSetup program again.
