Satellite Diagnostic Interface
The Satellite Diagnostic Interface is launched when any of the configured satellite diagnostic tests produce an error or warning. The Satellite Diagnostic Interface shows the test that produced the error or warning in the Results window. Selecting the test in the Results window will give a detailed explanation of the problem in the Details window. The date and time the problem occurred will appear in the Status bar at the bottom.

Correcting Selected Problems
Some problems detected by the diagnostic tests can be automatically corrected upon your approval. A checkbox is shown to the left of each test in the Results window. Initially the checkbox is shown unchecked. To determine if a problem can be automatically corrected, do the following:
Once all possible tests have been selected for correction, click the Correct Problems button. This will initiate the correction of the selected problems. You may be prompted to reboot your computer after the problems are corrected. Some problems can not be automatically corrected and require manual intervention to correct the diagnosed error or warning. For these instances, the Details window should provide enough explanation on how to manually correct the error or warning. If you are unsure on how to correct a particular error or warning, please see the help file for more details or contact technical support for further assistance.
