Test Configuration

This section allows you to configure how each available diagnostic test is run.   Diagnostic tests can be configured to run at certain time intervals or disabled altogether.   To learn more about each configurable diagnostic, click the corresponding link below.

Health Reporting

This section allows you to decide how health reports are transmitted to the Network Operations Center (NOC). Health Reporting collects important satellite system statistics such as signal quality, transmission errors, configuration information, and satellite driver statistics.  Health Reports are transmitted to the Network Operations Center (NOC) to pro-actively isolate system trouble and improve overall system performance.

Available Health Reporting options include:

1. Do not transmit reports - Health reports are not transmitted to the Network Operations Center (NOC) when this mode is selected.
2. Automatically establish an Internet connection to send reports - An Internet connection is periodically established to transmit health reports when this mode is selected.
3. Send reports only while an Internet connection is established - Health reports are only transmitted when an Internet connection is already established when this mode is selected.
4. Use my LAN connection to send reports - Health reports are transmitted via your LAN connection when this mode is selected.
